One of the unique fencing structures is the blinds fence produced by the “Mehbud” factory. The enterprise manufactures several types of louvre-effect fences depending on the purpose of the area, operating conditions, and customer requirements:

A blinds fence is a vertical structure consisting of slats or profiled strips arranged at an angle to the main plane relative to the vertical. Horizontal slats are attached at specific intervals to posts or a frame in such a way that from inside the fenced area, there is a view of what is beyond its boundaries. In turn, it is not possible to see what is behind the fence from the outside.

Blinds fences from the manufacturing plant “Mehbud” are made of profiled galvanized steel with thicknesses of 0.45, 0.7, and 1.0 mm, painted with powder enamel of various colors. Variety in design, color solutions, and resistance to external loads allow for the selection of the required fence structure.

Blinds fences are ideal for fencing large areas such as industrial facilities, airports, sports facilities, country recreational complexes, restaurants, hotels, cottage communities, and individual houses.

They are effectively installed to protect engineering equipment such as geodetic and pumping stations, water towers, gas and oil pumping stations, compressors, backup generators, industrial containers, and tanks for storing technical substances and liquids.

The fence includes:

• bases (for supports, when mounted on a concrete foundation).

Blinds-type fencing can be installed either on a foundation or directly into the ground with a concrete shoe. Posts are also installed, but additionally, metal bases are required. The deviation allowance from the nominal distance between posts is ±10 mm, and from the vertical – no more than 2 mm per meter.

The fencing is prefabricated, and installation is carried out on-site.

• For the first few years, blinds-type fencing requires minimal maintenance, except for occasional cleaning from accidental debris.
• The surface of the slats is smooth and can be easily washed with household cleaning agents.
• Further maintenance requires no special tools or time – just periodic wiping with a damp cloth as dirt accumulates.
• In the case of sections with a glossy finish, they self-clean after heavy rain.
• Solvents such as heptane, hexane, petroleum ether, or white spirit are used to remove graffiti.
• In more stubborn cases, automotive cosmetics can be used after testing them in an inconspicuous area of the fence.
