Design features
The fence consists of ready-made sections filled with horizontal lamellas, securely fixed on metal posts. Lamellas (can be 210 or 310 mm wide) are connected to each other by a special interlocking grip, forming a solid, impenetrable wall. This ensures incredible strength of the entire fence structure, as a reinforced stiffening rib is formed at the junction of every two lamellas.
The volumetric closed contour of the lamella is created by profiling from two connected parts of high-quality rolled galvanized steel sheet. A concealed fastening of lamellas is applied in the construction of each fence section. Thanks to this, the fence from the “Mehbud” plant is absolutely safe — there are no sharp edges, exposed screws, or rivets that could cause injury.
An important feature is that the front and back sides can have a completely different coating color. The posts are painted with durable powder enamel and covered with a steel decorative casing of the chosen shade. The top and bottom of the lamella assembly are equipped with U-shaped strips for aesthetic completeness. The color of the lamellas is chosen according to the wide RAL system catalog, and it is even possible to paint in several different colors within one section. The exclusive polymer coating of metal imitating various noble wood species (golden oak, dark oak, alder, pine) makes this fence incredibly attractive and visually indistinguishable from natural wood.
